Xanadu Restaurant Mgmt, a Papa Murphy's franchisee, is hiring for Assistant Manager (Prep & Pizza Maker). Earn $20.55–$21.75 per hour. We value teamwork, service, integrity, and quality, and aim to bring happiness to guests with great pizza.

As Assistant Manager you will organize tasks, uphold sanitation and safety standards, and create a welcoming guest experience. Front-of-house and back-of-house duties include pizza prep, transactions, and equipment handling.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety procedures.
• Food handlers' card or ServeSafe preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas and handle transactions.
• Suggest menu items and upsell to guests.

Position Overview

• Show off your organization skills by prioritizing and completing tasks.
• Be by the book, with sanitation, food, and safety standards.
• Foster a welcoming environment, where every guest is special, all areas are neat, and all pizzas are the very best they can be.

Front of House

• Master all stations, preparing pizzas, handling transactions, making menu suggestions to enhance guest’s experience.
• Share specials, add‑on sales, loyalty and other beneficial programs with guests.
• Follow proper transaction procedures for all methods of tender.

Back of House

• Master the Papa Murphy’s standards for safely operating and cleaning all equipment.
• Follow all procedures for making, prepping, storing, rotating all products to ensure quality.
• Perform the duties of the runner or dish person as whenever necessary.
