Job summary

Marco's Pizza in Utah is seeking Assistant Managers with leadership experience to guide teams toward delivering quality, hot and fresh pizza. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety procedures, and train new staff while maintaining customer satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 2+ years of management experience, strong teamwork, and a passion for service. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to advance to General Manager at Utah locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Trustworthy, results driven and team oriented.
• Must have passion for pizza and customer service.
• Lift up to 50lbs.
• Inventory management.
• Handle customer complaints with a positive attitude.

We are looking for passionate and experienced Assistant Managers to lead a team that produces a Quality, Hot, Fresh and Consistent product to our loyal customers. Assistant managers must be able to manager team members, must be accountable for day to day operations of their location.
