Job summary

J.Crew Group in West Palm Beach, FL invites an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will help drive profitability through customer connections, brand loyalty, and strong community engagement while coaching sales associates.

You will support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager, oversee operations and systems, assist with recruiting and development, and help ensure best-in-class service. Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays is required.

• Lead fit sessions that boost product knowledge for associates to elevate authentic customer connection.
