Job summary

LOF-Xpress Oil Change in Waukee, IA is seeking an Assistant Manager who leads with enthusiasm and drives customer service and sales. You will support the General Manager, coach staff, develop employees, and uphold safety and standards to keep operations smooth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coaching or developing employees preferred.
• Automotive or quick-lube experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
