Job summary

Workstream is seeking an Assistant Manager for their restaurant in Watauga, Texas. In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager in running the restaurant profitably, driving sales, and delivering excellent customer service. The position requires at least one year of Quick Service Restaurant experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support the Restaurant Manager in running a profitable, well-operated restaurant. You’ll help control costs, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service while ensuring team performance, development, and a professional restaurant environment.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements)

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry is required.
• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
