Cafe Rio, Inc. is seeking high-energy Assistant Managers to oversee restaurant operations in Twin Falls, Idaho. You will provide support to run a multimillion-dollar restaurant while managing a team of employees.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of management experience in the restaurant industry and must be flexible with availability for mornings, evenings, and holidays. The role includes competitive pay, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. and stand for 8+ hours
• 2 or more years of management experience, preferably in the restaurant industry, managing a team of 15 or more employees, interacting frequently with customers and coaching staff
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime beyond 40 hours
• Strong interpersonal communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
