Job summary

The Tile Shop in New York seeks an experienced Retail Manager to build and lead a high-performing sales team across tile and related products. You will train staff, greet customers, and cultivate lasting relationships while driving sales and ensuring smooth store and warehouse operations.

You will oversee scheduling, inventory accuracy, and adherence to brand standards, with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience and meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail management.
• Previous sales experience.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and motivate a sales team.
• Weekend availability.
• Strong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations.
• Ability to read, write, and speak in English.
• Sense of design: put together various styles, colors, and textures.
• Basic mathematical and computer skills.

Responsibilities
