Chicken Salad Chick is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and help drive guest satisfaction.

You will ensure food safety, manage scheduling and inventory, maintain a clean, welcoming dining area, and deliver friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

As an Assistant Manager, you will:

• Demonstrate a passion for the business and managing the overall operations

• Manage daily activities to ensure guests receive excellent customer service
• Demonstrate a strong awareness and concern for food quality and safety
