Job summary

Culver’s Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in the United States. This role offers a path toward upper management and long-term career growth within our restaurant.

You will run shifts to provide great food and guest service, coach team members, and manage scheduling and labor while upholding food safety standards. Ideal candidates show passion for leadership, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities
