As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving sales and profitability, fostering a customer-first selling culture and executing daily business priorities. In partnership with the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performance team while maintaining our values, brand, policies, and operational standards. Your Assistant Manager role will include leadership responsibilities in one or more of the following areas of the business: Customer Experience, Freight Flow, Operations and Merchandising. The area of responsibility will be determined based on business needs along with your experience, skills and career goals.
