Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team and ensure a positive guest experience. You will set the tone, uphold quality, safety and cleanliness, and support shift leadership.

Responsibilities include hiring and developing staff, managing daily operations with AES Systems, and achieving service, cost and P&L goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Comfort working in warm/cold environments and standing long hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders as needed.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.

Requirements
