One Pie, LLC, a locally owned Domino's franchise in Upstate South Carolina, is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and develop a strong team while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will oversee shifts, training, scheduling, costs, inventory, and compliance with safety and quality standards, driving sales and service improvements. The role offers growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team to high performance.
• Willingness to learn and follow company operating standards.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Restaurant or management experience is a plus, but attitude and leadership potential matter.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As a Domino's Assistant Manager, you'll help lead the daily operations of the restaurant while creating an outstanding experience for our customers and team members.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading shifts and keeping the restaurant running smoothly.
• Coaching, training, and motivating team members.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer concerns.
• Maintaining high standards for food quality, product consistency, and order accuracy.
• Managing labor, food costs, inventory, and waste.
• Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and company operating standards are followed.
• Managing cash handling, deposits, and shift paperwork.
• Helping meet store goals for sales, profitability, service, and operational performance.
• Setting the example by working alongside your team.
• You'll be more than just a manager — you'll be a leader who makes a difference every shift!
