Job summary

Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate our restaurants day-to-day, ensuring shifts run smoothly and guest satisfaction stays high.

You will support the General Manager, drive local marketing efforts, and mentor team members through training and performance coaching to achieve sales and profit goals while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Proven customer service excellence.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

As an Assistant Manager, you will help operate our restaurants on a day-to-day basis. You will help the General Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You’ll also assist with local store marketing to help reach sale and profit goals while helping team members through performance and training initiatives.

To qualify for this Assistant Manager, the-road-to-success-is-paved-with-meats job, you:

• Have at least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
