The Lash Lounge in Sacramento is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to lead sales and guest experience at our busy salon. You will report to the Salon Manager and drive performance by coaching Front Desk Associates and Stylists, while fostering a positive work environment and achieving membership and retail goals.

You will oversee marketing activities, improve occupancy, conversions, and re-bookings, and guide the team to deliver exceptional service and trends in lash extensions.

Qualificações

• Experience managing employees in a fast-paced service environment.
• Experience with front desk sales, preferably in salon, spa or membership businesses.
• Exceptional customer service and computer skills; MindBody Online experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Improve sales directly with front desk coverage and coach team members to capitalize on opportunities.
• Lead Marketing activities for both salons using branded tools and platforms, online and in-salon.
• Manage KPI metrics such as occupancy, lead conversions, re-bookings, membership and retail sales.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Salon Manager for The Lash Lounge in Sacramento.

Founded in Dallas, TX, The Lash Lounge offers a complete menu of services including tinting, threading, perming, and more. We take pride in consistently creating an inviting atmosphere with a focus on an exceptional guest experience.

Who we want on our team:

We are looking for an Assistant Salon Manager for our busy Sacramento salon. You will report directly to the Salon Manager, and your focus will be on providing excellent customer service to all our guests and staff, helping to manage our growing team of Front Desk Associates and Stylists, and cultivating a positive and fun work environment. You will be highly focused on sales, managing company goals, and training our staff in selling memberships and retail.

Previous Membership Sales and Management experience is required

Responsibilities:

Your focus will be on improving sales, directly with front desk coverage, and indirectly via observing and coaching team members, identifying opportunities, and capitalizing on sales. You will also lead the Marketing activities for both salons using our branded marketing tools and platforms, online, in-salon and through official business partnerships. The Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the role include the following, and may be updated based on performance and business needs. There may be opportunities to directly manage front desk & stylist resources (depending on experience).

Required Skills:

• Experience managing employees
• Experience with front desk sales, preferably in salon, spa, or membership businesses
• Exceptional customer service and computer skills, MindBody Online experience is a plus
• College Degree in Business Management or another relatable field is preferred
• You must be legally eligible to work in the United States with reliable transportation
