Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking a dynamic manager to staff a store, manage costs and develop team members in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

The role involves leading 3–15 employees per shift, handling customer service tasks, and ensuring products meet Domino's guidelines while maintaining a clean, professional store. Morning or overnight shifts and some travel are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or food service management.
• Ability to lead 3–15 employees during shifts.
• Available for morning or overnight shifts.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3 to 15 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
• Maintain consistent product quality within Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in line with grooming standards.

Perform all the duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.

• Lead anywhere from 3 to 15 employees during your scheduled shift.
