Caribou Coffee is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to develop future leaders and manage store operations.

Position Overview

As an Assistant General Manager, you will work with the General Manager to run daily operations, develop strategic skills, and support the team and community.

Skills and Qualifications

• Required: 1–3 years of restaurant or retail experience with strong customer service orientation.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.

Physical Requirements

The role requires hearing, speaking, seeing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing 4–8 hours. Reasonable accommodations may be provided.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $16.52–$27.53, subject to local and state minimum wage regulations. Ranges reflect expected pay for this position.
