Job summary

Panera LLC is hiring a Team Manager in Port Charlotte, FL. You will lead restaurant teams, coach staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while controlling quality and efficiency.

The role emphasizes interviewing, team development, and adherence to food safety standards, with opportunities for growth and ongoing leadership training. Flexible hours include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Background check required.
