Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in achieving sales and profit goals and to ensure excellent guest and team service. This role sits within the Corporate Field Operations team and focuses on executing the restaurant plan with a high-energy, hands-on approach.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certification.

• Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Builds sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction and managing restaurant operations.
• Escalates concerns or recommendations with the restaurant, employees or Guests to the General Manager.
• Assists with interviewing and hiring the right Team Members.
• Ensures policy and procedures are followed on shifts.
• Trains Team Members on operations, Company policies and procedures and Guest service.
• Identifies and responds to complaints and policy and procedure violations.
• Provides regular feedback and coaching to Team Members on their performance.
• Helps ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and Guests.

PURPOSE OF YOUR WORK
