Job summary

Workstream is hiring an Assistant Manager in Peoria, Arizona. In this role, you will assist the Restaurant Manager in operating the restaurant profitably, overseeing cost control, customer service, and staff development. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in the Casual Restaurant industry and a High School Diploma is preferred. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As the Assistant Manager, you will assist the Restaurant Manager in operating the restaurant profitably within the established practices and procedures of Company Operations. This position is responsible for cost control, customer service, restaurant and employee appearance, building sales, maximizing profits, and employee development.
