Job summary

Arby's, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate our Pensacola restaurant on a day-to-day basis. You will support the General Manager to ensure smooth shift operations and exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll also lead local store marketing efforts aimed at increasing sales and profit, and coach team members through performance and training initiatives to uphold Arby’s standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months minimum of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Demonstrated examples of providing exceptional customer service.
