Assistant Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Perform all duties of the Customer Services Representative.
• Manage 3 to 15 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
• Making consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintaining a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team; manage 3 to 15 staff during your shift.
• Positive attitude and strong motivation to be a great motivator.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Be a great role model and leader; punctual with a great attitude towards customers and co‑workers.
• Minimum 18 years old.
