Job summary

A tanning and wellness company is seeking a motivated leader for a location in Peachtree City. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training staff while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of supervisory experience and be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance. A high school diploma is required. This position offers starting pay of $12.50 plus commission and various employee benefits including health and dental insurance.

Responsibilities

• This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
