Sizzling Platter LLC in Oceanside, CA is hiring an Assistant Manager to support Wingstop's daily operations, lead shifts, and uphold brand standards. This hands-on, hourly role involves front-of-house and back-of-house leadership, coaching crew members, and delivering exceptional guest service.

You will assist with hiring, training, food quality, safety, opening/closing procedures, inventory, and compliance with company policies.
