World Market is seeking a strong leader for Store leadership roles in Oakland. You will drive a customer‑first selling culture, lead daily operations, and coach a team to deliver exceptional service and brand standards.
You will analyze trends,plan priorities, and partner with management to ensure safety, inventory integrity, and a positive shopping experience for guests. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Full‑time and part‑time associates are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service. All associates earn paid sick leave. In addition, full‑time associates receive vacation and paid holidays.
Hourly Pay Range is $22.35-$26.35.
