Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer in Myrtle Beach.

You’ll assist customers with questions and recommendations, handle sales transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and presentable. This part-time role emphasizes safety, professionalism, and teamwork, with responsibilities ranging from unloading trucks and stock replenishment to maintaining clean bathrooms and public areas, while offering

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
