Job summary

Wendy's is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run the restaurant and support the GM in daily operations. You will lead the team, coach staff, and ensure fast, fresh, and friendly experiences for every guest.

Responsibilities include labor and inventory management, opening/closing procedures, and maintaining food safety standards while driving sales and guest loyalty.

• Help drive sales, build guest loyalty, and improve key metrics.
