Popeyes is hiring an Assistant Manager in Mount Pleasant, TX. You will assist the restaurant manager in profitable operations, manage costs, ensure excellent guest service, and lead a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

As the Assistant Manager, you will assist the restaurant manager in profitably operating the restaurant within the practices and procedures established by Company Operations. This position is responsible for cost control, customer service, restaurant and employee appearance, building sales, maximizing profits, and employee development. The Popeyes Team Members are motivated, team-oriented, friendly, dependable, and driven to provide excellent guest service! A qualified candidate will serve our guests Hot and Fresh Food in a Clean and Safe environment in a Friendly and Fast manner. The perfect candidate will deliver food to guests that is perfectly cooked, made with love, and served with Popeyes®' famous Cajun Hospitality. Our Team Member roles include Cashier, Crew Member, Cook, and Backline Prep.

What You'll Bring (Requirements):
