Northland Restaurant Group, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Hardee’s in Mora, MN. You will lead shift operations, ensure high quality food, deliver courteous service, train staff, manage inventory, enforce health standards, and uphold company policies in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, paid vacations for managers, insurance, holiday pay, and relocation assistance if needed, with pay ranging from $18 to $20 per hour.
