Job summary

Jimmy John's is hiring an Assistant Manager in Missoula, MT to help lead daily store operations and support the General Manager. You will model the brand’s systems and drive teams to perform with energy, enthusiasm, and integrity.

You will manage front-line leadership, hire and train staff, and guide the store toward meeting profitability goals while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service. Night shifts are required.

Job description

Jimmy John's Assistant Managers help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. The Assistant Manager plays a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. Assistant Managers must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As an Assistant Manager, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive.

Duties:
