J.Crew Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead the store team, drive profitability, and deliver best-in-class service to every guest. You will support the Store Director and help coach the sales team to maximize performance.

You will own divisions such as Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, and Selling, ensuring smooth store operations, adoption of systems, and community engagement through events.

• 1-2 years of retail management experience with similar scope.
