Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Team Manager to lead shifts, coach staff, and maintain high standards of service and food quality in a fast-paced bakery-cafe environment.

You will recruit, train, and mentor team members, ensuring a welcoming, efficient operation while focusing on guest satisfaction and store performance. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ year restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain) within probation.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop team members to meet sales, speed, accuracy and guest experience goals.
• Participate in interviewing and selection of team members.
• Train the team in food safety standards and ensure compliance.
• Foster a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.

As a Team Manager, you’ll be part of the bakery-cafe’s leadership team, helping to run great shifts, support team development, and maintain the high standards our guests expect.
