Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Mayfield, KY is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the shift, set the tone, maintain high standards, and ensure customers receive fast, friendly service.

You will supervise 3–15 team members, handle cash and inventories, guide orders and production, and keep the store clean and professional according to grooming standards. This is a hands-on role requiring judgement, math skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.

• Making fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures.
• Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the first thing the customer sees all the way to the back of the store.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance within the Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
