Thacher Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach leaders, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will help build a high-performing team through accountability, growth, and a culture of service.

This role prepares you for future General Manager opportunities, with responsibilities spanning hiring, coaching, operations, safety, and financial control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Handler Certification.
• Leadership and communication skills required.
• Flexible availability and reliable attendance.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily restaurant operations with the General Manager.
• Coach, develop, and support Shift Leaders and team members.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Monitor labor, sales, inventory, and controllable costs.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development.
• Support restaurant profitability through strong operational execution.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are followed.
• Lead by example and create a positive, inclusive team culture.
• Step into any position as needed to support restaurant success.

ASSISTANT MANAGER

Position Summary

As an Assistant Manager at Thacher Restaurant Group, you'll partner with the General Manager to lead restaurant operations, develop team members, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Handler Certification.
