Job summary

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help drive store performance and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a mall setting.

You will assist the Store Manager, train team members, and ensure adherence to company policies while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners.
• Ability to interpret a variety of written, oral, diagram, and schedule instructions.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on standards to meet sales and profit projections.
• Foster an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction and develop team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruitment and selection of team members; enforce all Company policies and procedures.

Assistant Store Manager

Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager and have a positive impact on many lives. Our Assistant Store Managers assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members' standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections; contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction; developing skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation; and recruiting and selection of team members. The Assistant Store Manager is also responsible for following and enforcing all Company policies and procedures and performing other operational and strategic duties.
