As a Windsor Assistant Manager you are a key member of our store leadership team. You support the team in driving our mission statement in your store and are responsible, in partnership with your Store Manager, for achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses.   • You have a passion for leading people: You partner with the Store Manager to supervise and conduct training with your team. Physical Demands

Frequently stands, walks, observes, bends and pushes. Must be able to count, communicate, read and write in English. Must be able to access all areas of the store including the selling floor, stock area and register area, operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store, climb ladders, move or handle merchandise or supplies throughout the store (generally weighing from 0‑25 pounds) and work varied hours/days to oversee store operations. The environment is fast‑paced and indoor temperature conditions vary.
