Culver's of Kokomo is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, ensure great guest service, and support a high-performing team in a fast-paced restaurant.

You will participate in comprehensive training, uphold food safety standards, and model positive leadership while coordinating staff, scheduling, and daily operations to deliver a consistent Culver's experience.
