Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, coordinate shift coverage, and uphold our high standards for food, service, and safety while engaging with guests.

You will lead and develop a team, monitor quality, assist with inventory and scheduling, participate in marketing efforts, and help create a positive, energetic workplace that reflects our community-focused culture.

The incumbent also assists with ensuring proper product preparation, inventory control, personnel management and sales and marketing efforts.
