Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Irvington, NJ is seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead a busy team, manage costs, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise 3 to 15 crew members per shift, greet customers, handle orders and payments, ensure product quality, and uphold Domino's grooming standards. Evening and overnight shifts are preferred, with bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package available.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a small to mid-size team in a retail or food-service setting.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to handle high-volume periods.
• Ability to manage costs and maintain store standards.

Responsibilities

Perform all the duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.

• Lead anywhere from 3 to 15 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile!
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
• Making consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment from our customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance within the Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.

Experience:

• retail: 1 year (Preferred)
• Management: 1 year (Required)

Shifts:

• Morning (Preferred)
