Job summary

Circle City Star, LLC, a Hardee’s franchisee, is hiring an Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and drive performance. You will assist in meeting sales targets, ensuring quality, and applying operational controls while guiding crew and shift leaders.

You will work with the General Manager and District Manager to uphold brand standards and develop staff through targeted training initiatives.

As an Assistant Manager for Circle City Star, LLC, you are responsible for assisting in the daily supervision of restaurant operations and assist with meeting/maintaining sales goals, quality assurance, operational controls, labor controls, providing direction and guidance to crew members and shift leaders. As well as striving to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction, by determining training needs to accomplish goals, and then implementing the plan. As an Assistant Manager you work in conjunction with the General Manager and District Manager to set, develop, and maintain the standards of the restaurant as well as crew and shift leaders.

Requirements:
