Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Independence, KS. You will work with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations, mentor staff, manage inventory, and uphold food safety and quality standards.

The role requires at least 2 years in Food/Hospitality, strong leadership and communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within Flynn Group.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
