Dunkin’ franchise in Hoover, AL is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, develop team members, and drive profitability while delivering fast, friendly, and high-quality service.

You will be a hands-on leader, ensuring smooth shifts, strong guest experiences, and adherence to brand standards. This role requires leadership, flexibility, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in food service, retail, or hospitality
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team
• Focus on guest service and satisfaction
• Problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations

• Step in as the manager-on-duty as needed to keep the store running smoothly
