Panera Bread Fairbrook DT in the Hickory area is seeking a dynamic Manager to lead daily operations, guide a fast-moving team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This hands-on role offers growth opportunities in a franchise with a clear path for success.

You will supervise production, training, and customer service, uphold quality standards, and help build a positive culture across shifts from 5 AM to 11 PM, supporting colleagues and delivering consistent results.
