Flynn Arby’s seeks an Assistant Manager to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant setting. You will collaborate with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent guest service.

Responsibilities include training staff, managing inventory and labor costs, and driving sales. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Food/Hospitality, strong leadership, communication, and a solid understanding of food safety. Benefits are included and schedule may include evenings/weekends.

• Understanding of food safety regulations and proven methods
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
