Showcase - Home of the Hottest Trends is expanding into the US, seeking an Assistant Manager to drive top-line sales and foster an engaging in-store experience. You will share the store vision, motivate the team, and help ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include selling, training associates, and maintaining merchandising and operations standards. 2+ years in retail leadership, strong English, and time management are required.

The Assistant Manager position will bring out and foster your entrepreneurial spirit. The role of Assistant Manager is responsible to assist in the growth of top line sales and help create a highly engaging and interactive in-store customer experience. The successful candidate will share the vision for their store to inspire and motivate the team.
