Job summary

Flynn Wendy’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead by example, coach and develop team members, and drive daily operations in our restaurant. You will help manage customer service, staff performance, and store standards with energy and enthusiasm.

You will work to ensure efficient shift coverage, consistent food quality, and a welcoming dining experience for guests, while collaborating with leadership to grow store performance.
