Jersey Mike's Subs in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in restaurant operations. The role focuses on leading and developing a team to execute daily tasks while upholding high standards for food, service, and health and safety.

The incumbent will assist with product preparation, inventory, personnel management, and sales/marketing efforts to drive shop performance.
