Responsibilities of an Assistant General Manager

• Motivate, develop, and coach the team
• Work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Handle opening and closing procedures
• Manage scheduling
• Ensure food safety compliance
• Oversee inventory
• Fill in for managers when needed
• Assist in employee training

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant management experience (preferred)
• Serve Safe Certification (required)
• Reliable transportation
• Knowledge of operational checklists
• Ability to maintain a reliable schedule
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods
