Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager for the 2nd shift to lead a team and ensure top-tier service, quality and cleanliness. You will drive profitability by managing sales growth, food cost, labor and other controllable costs, while coaching staff and aligning with safety standards.

The role requires strong customer service, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Prior management experience and a ServSafe preference will help you succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of previous management experience.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with cash handling procedures and reconciliation of cash banks and reports.
• Knowledge of POS systems preferred.
