Job summary

Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in Wisconsin. You will work with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage payroll and expenses, and coach a high-performing team of Stylists while upholding Windsor values.

You will own the sales floor, ensure daily operations run smoothly, recruit and onboard talent, and maintain a welcoming, brand-consistent store environment through coaching and recognition.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Quick thinking and ability to resolve issues with customers and associates as they arise.
• Effective communication in group and one-on-one settings.
• Openness to feedback and a willingness to continually improve.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and build brand loyalty as the Host of the Party, providing an omni-channel Oasis experience to every customer.
• Support the Store Manager in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining great talent, ensuring a wide talent pool and meeting retention goals.

• Partner with the Store Manager to supervise, train, and develop the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through recognition, coaching, and feedback.
• Follow all Windsor policies and procedures, maintaining integrity at all times.
• Support execution of the Windsor Merchandising Directive and maintain a neat, clean, and visually appealing store in accordance with Visual Guidelines.
