Chico's Store at The Shoppes at Brinton Lake in Glen Mills, PA, seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will foster a welcoming environment that reflects our culture of hospitality and drive community connections.

The role emphasizes team leadership, opportunity to develop associates, and ownership of store performance.

About the role

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in leading the team, building community connections, and creating a seamless customer experience. This position helps foster a welcoming environment—for both associates and customers that enables us to create memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

• Take ownership to ensure safe and efficient store operations including inventory management, daily replenishment of floor merchandise, and execution of inventories.


• Ensure compliance with all policies, guidelines, and business practices.


• Build community connections through in-store company-sponsored events, philanthropy, and other initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.


• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.


• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
